Spread out over a month (if you live in Mexico City) or over a weekend. It's only for you if you feel a calling and have the energy to begin. It requires a practical and scheduling commitment from the participant.
We open ourselves to the multidimensionality of the experience, using all the transpersonal tools available for the transition.

During the channeling, I felt Sara very close physically. Throughout the process, she said things that corresponded to experiences I'd had: pains and feelings in my body, trapped emotions that couldn't be expressed, everything I'd been carrying around for so long.
